Catalan radio station Catalunya Ràdio claims that former Barcelona vice-president Joan Franquesa will be part of the candidacy of current Barcelona assets vice-president Jaume Ferrer in the presidential elections later this year.Catalan business man Joan Franquesa, who resigned as board member in November of last year (read more here), joined Barcelona's board of directors in July of 2005 and was promoted to assets vice-president in July of 2008.
