Pep, I've heard that the Catalan Federation had some problems with the election process. Do you know what was that exactly?
ReplyDeletethe electoral board had allowed ferrer and ingla to send a mailing to the members while apparently they can only allow it after the candidates have passed the cut of the signatures. so the club has been fined.
