Catalan sports paper Sport claims that an enquiry by one of the candidates in the elections for president of FC Barcelona shows that Sandro Rosell has a 'popularity rate' of 100%, which means that all the people polled know who he is and that he plans to run for president.
From the other candidates who have already announced that they will take part in the elections in June, Barcelona first vice-president Alfons Godall has reportedly the second highest 'popularity rate', with 90%.
Barcelona assets vice-president Jaume Ferrer has a rate of 75%, while Agustí Benedito and Jaume Guixà are known by 15% of the people who took part in the poll. It is generally believed that a higher 'popularity rate' in most cases automatically leads to more votes.
