Barcelona presidential candidate Jaume Guixà has explained on social networking website Facebook and on his personal blog that he travelled to Abu Dhabi, one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates, to support Barcelona during the World Cup for Clubs.Guixà arrived earlier this week in the Arab country together with former Barcelona vice-president Jaume Sobrequés (on the left of the picture - read more here) and other members of his team.
On Wednesday he went to see the semi-final against Atlante and later today he will assist the final against Estudiantes. Yesterday he also met with the president of the Barcelona fans' club in Dubai, a neighbouring emirate, to explain his project.
