Catalan sports paper El Mundo Deportivo claims that former Barcelona first vice-president Albert Vicens, who resigned as board member after the vote of no confidence in July 2008, would not take part in the elections.
Despite the fact that former marketing and sports vice-president Marc Ingla, who is likely to run for president in the upcoming elections (read more here), reportedly wants to include Vicens in his board team, the ex-director would have decided not to get involved.
